Increase the quantity and quality of the crop
for 7 years!
Long experience in the operation of films in greenhouse complexes shows a number of disadvantages of polythene films: a decrease in physical, mechanical, and optical characteristics annually, which significantly reduces the quantity and quality of the crop. The main cause is the destruction of polythene under the influence of ultraviolet light (UV). The film, consisting of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) and other copolymers does not have these disadvantages, since EVA is less susceptible to destruction under the influence of UV-radiation.

Look at what our film could do!
- lightweight and elastic material with good shock-absorbing properties, surpasses polythene in transparency and elasticity!
Transparency. The light transmission of film is 96%. Durability The service life is 7 years or more. Wind and hail resistance. Film is resistant to wind gusts of 30-35 m/s and hailstorm. Freezing tolerance. The film does not lose elasticity to minus 80°C Resistant to high temperatures. The softening temperature of film is 120°C. Elasticity. The film is “rubberlike” on loading does not tear, but stretches. Which also prevents the appearance of punctures. Resistance to cracking. The film is practically not subject to cracking during the entire period of operation, which is an important reason for maintaining light transmission for the entire service life. Hydrophilic properties. The surface of the film is hydrophilic due to the addition of polarized components, so condensate drops are formed flat and small, drops flow down the walls of the greenhouse, and do not drip on the plants. Thermal-insulating properties.. Ethylene vinyl acetate has thermal insulation properties higher than polythene. On average, it keeps the temperature in the greenhouse 2°C higher, which helps reduce heating costs.
Dutch scientists from Wageningen University and Research proved that 1% of light transmission increases harvest by 0.9%. The light transmission of polythene films is reduced by an average of 10% every year. The harvest in the greenhouse will decrease accordingly. The use of EVA-film Greenhouse allows to get a bumper harvest compared to PE-films from the first year and for 7 years. High light transmission (96%) allows to get a harvest from 10-16 days earlier than other films, which is confirmed annually by our customers. The use of EVA film Greenhouse allows to get financial benefits not only from increased harvest but also due to an increased service life of a film. This allows to change the film less often in greenhouses, which also reduces the associated costs for mounting and dismantling the film.
